joy and sadness

lingering thoughts on a living fully wednesday afternoon .
may we affirm to each other only the joy we have shared if we die. may we affirm it while we are still alive. if i die, be only joyful for our time together. if i live, be only joyful for our time (all of it) together and i will too.

Fasts by day, Goddess fires and chants by night...pulling out all the stops, feathers catching the wind, we're riding elephants up Chaumundi Hill and dipping the live Goddess herself in the river, head under water.
